Inform life AS collects anonymous computer information to be able to provide our main service; www.inform.life (“the Site”). We collect personally identifiable information from you when you register as a user, and submit a contact form for trial participation. Your personally identifiable information is kept confidential and will never be disclosed unless we are required to do so by law, or because you explicitly ask us to when contacting a clinical trial through our contact form. We do not share your personal identifiable information with any other than the referred clinical trial site (hospital).
Inform Life is a service for patients and healthcare personnel which we offer completely free to use for anyone aiming to find and stay updated on available clinical trials. To do so, Inform Life creates revenue through personalized and contextualized advertising towards our users on the platform. We aim to advertise as relevant as possible, and in a fashion which does not disturb our users when looking for a clinical trial. If, however, this is in any way disturbing to you as a user, the advertisement and/ or email exchange can be switched off for each search, each trial, or completely switched off in the “personal settings” section. To us, the overarching goal is to help you find a clinical trial for your situation.
All information collected from your platform behavior may be used and shared with third parties on an anonymous and aggregated basis only. Your identifiable information is not sold nor made available to third parties. Your personally identifiable information is stored in our databases and will not leave our databases except if we refer you to a clinical trial upon your request. You can access, modify, or permanently delete your records at any time by sending a request for such information/ delation to our Data Protection Officer at dpo(at)inform.life.
Inform life AS does not exchange personally identifiable information through/via social media – nor do we sell or share your personally identifiable information with anyone.
Please note that your relationship with Meta/ Facebook, Google or any other third party website or social media is governed solely by your agreement with such third-parties.

Some of Inform life ASʼs services, such as browsing through our clinical trial webpage, do not require any form of registration or identification. You can freely visit our web page without telling us who you are. However, inquiring for the clinical trial, you can be required to provide your personal details. This allows us to process your request and establish contact with our nearest clinical trial site to perform screening for eligibility.
Inform life AS does not sell and will not share your personal data without your consent – and this is only within the capacity of connecting you to the clinical trial staff responsible for the requested trial.

The information that we ask you to provide may include your first and last name, age, gender, ethnicity, contact details (mailing address/telephone number/email address).
Collection of Computer Information
When you visit the Site we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you without your permission. However, we do collect information about you if your computer is set to allow that type of collection. This includes Cookies, IP address and device ID. You can turn off the ability to collect some of this information from your computer or device settings.

Inform life AS will not share your personal information with third parties except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or we have otherwise obtained your explicit consent to do so. You provide your consent when you register as a user at inform.life or use our contact form as a un-registered user at inform.life. If you are interested in a clinical trial, your personal information may be shared with partners involved in delivering the trial services. These may include clinical trial sites, laboratory screening/testing and transportation services. We cannot
completely control this information, and cannot be responsible for personal identifiable information shared with third parties involved in the clinical trial.
Demographic and medical information you provide to us may be used and/or shared with third parties in anonymous and aggregated form only.
Inform life AS requires third parties to whom it discloses personal data to protect personal information using substantially similar standards to those required by Inform life AS. We also require that they do not use your personal information for any separate use that is not specifically for the execution of the clinical trial or as otherwise authorized by Inform life AS. There may also be instances where Inform life AS may be required to share your information with third parties who have not been retained by us (directly or indirectly), as ordered or directed by courts of law or other governmental agencies.

Retention of Outbound Emails
We use Postmark to manage and deliver outbound emails. To enhance email delivery analytics and and help prevent malicious content, Postmark securely retains copies of sent emails for a period of 7 days. This temporary storage allow us to monitor email performance, ensure successful delivery, and maintain the integrity of our communication.
During this retention period, only authorized personnel within Inform Life AS have access to this data. Postmark and Inform Life employs robust security measures to protect stored information, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. After the 7-day retention period, emails are automatically deleted from Postmark's servers.
Retention of information
Inform life AS retains your personally identifiable information until you ask us to suspend or permanently remove it.

Our privacy practices are periodically reviewed by our auditors to verify compliance with this Privacy Statement.
Updating and Accessing Your Information
